FAQs – Long Term Stays
Housekeeping services for long term stay residents will be provided two times a week based on a schedule that works for you.
All reservations for 28 days or less require a first night deposit and have a 48-hour cancellation policy. Reservations over 28 days require a one-month lease; deposit and cancellation policies are contracted.
We gladly accept mail and store packages on your behalf. Please speak to our guest ambassador for more information or assistance.
The hotel offers overnight valet dry cleaning and laundry services.
While our guestrooms and suites do not have any full kitchens, our guestrooms are equipped with refrigerator drawers. Microwaves and compact refrigerators are available upon request.
